My aims are
- To clean up my diet
- Make exercise a part of my weekly routine
- To be able to wear the pile of clothes I have in my wardrobe that are currently too small
Nothing exciting, nothing silly, just hard work and some effort. Today I cleared out the fridge so nothing nasty lurking in there now. Tomorrow is planning lunches and dinners for the next week then shopping for supplies. I also want to take a starting picture but not sure I'll share that.
